Fredericktown, MO – March 4, 2025 – 72 West RVs is proud to introduce its VIP Care Program, an innovative new customer service initiative designed to provide essential maintenance and inspections at no cost for the first 36 months of RV ownership. As an industry-leading program, the 72 West RVs VIP Care Program is setting a new standard for customer care in the RV industry.

"Our VIP Care Program is our way of showing customers that we’re with them for the long haul. It’s intended to give them confidence in their purchase by offering routine, dealership-provided maintenance services that support their ownership experience."

Exclusive Benefits Designed for RV Owners

The VIP Care Program includes a range of essential services provided at 72 West RVs in Fredericktown, Missouri, helping owners maintain their RV’s condition throughout their first three years of ownership.

Included Program Services:

  • Winterization and Dewinterization – Professional seasonal preparation of the RV’s water system (once each per calendar year).
  • System Inspections and Maintenance – Routine inspections of the water system, slide seals, and external seals to help prevent leaks.
  • Roof Inspection with Touch-Up Service – Annual inspection of the RV’s roof, including one tube of Dicor sealant for minor touch-ups.
  • Safety Checks – Testing of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, plus battery inspection.

The VIP Care Program is available exclusively to customers purchasing a new travel trailer or fifth wheel at 72 West RVs and must be utilized at the dealership’s service center in Fredericktown, Missouri. Any necessary repairs or additional services recommended outside the scope of the VIP Care Program remain the responsibility of the customer.
