72 West Referral Program Overview
The 72 West RVs Customer Referral Program is designed to reward our valued customers for referring new customers to our dealership. By participating in this program, both the referring customer and the new customer can earn a $100 prepaid gift card in the form of either a prepaid Visa gift card or prepaid MasterCard gift card, which are subject to the terms and conditions of Visa and MasterCard, respectively.
Eligibility
- The referring customer must be an existing customer of 72 West RVs at the time of the referral.
- The referred customer must be a completely new customer who has never previously conducted business with 72 West RVs.
Referral Reward Conditions
To qualify for the referral reward:
- The new customer must purchase an RV from 72 West RVs.
- The new customer must present an original referral card at the time of purchase. Photocopies or reproductions of referral cards will not be accepted.
Upon fulfillment of these conditions, both the referring customer and the new customer will each receive a $100 prepaid gift card.
Tax Reporting Requirements
Customers exceeding $600 in referral rewards in a calendar year will be required to complete and submit a Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes in accordance with IRS regulations.
Program Rules
- Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Referral rewards will only be issued after all qualifying conditions have been verified and the new customer’s purchase is finalized.
- 72 West RVs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Customer Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
- Any fraudulent activity or attempts to circumvent these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the referral program.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions or the eligibility of a referral, the decision of 72 West RVs will be final and binding.
